【摘要】 目的探讨分析对早期胃癌患者采用内镜黏膜下剥离术和腹腔镜手术进行治疗的临床应用效果。方法选取本院2018年1月至2019年3月期间收治的早期胃癌患者共计54例,按照患者就诊的先后顺序对其进行平均分组,分别为观察组27例(采用内镜黏膜下剥离术进行治疗)以及参照组27例(采用腹腔镜手术进行治疗)。比较两组临床治疗总有效率、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间以及并发症发生率。结果在治疗总有效率的比较上,观察组显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间等指标的比较上,观察组显著优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在并发症发生率的比较上,观察组显著低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对早期胃癌患者采用内镜黏膜下剥离术进行治疗有着更好的效果,不仅可有效缩短对患者的手术治疗时间,促使治疗效果得到进一步的优化,而且能够避免出现严重的并发症,具有推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of endoscopic submucosal dissection and laparoscopic surgery in patients with early gastric cancer. Methods A total of 54 cases with early gastric cancer were selected in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019. These patients were divided into the observation group(27 cases treated with endoscopic submucosal dissection) and the reference group(27 cases treated with a laparoscopic procedure). The total effective rate, the operative time, the intraoperative blood loss, the hospital stay and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results In the total effective rate of treatment, the observation group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05). The observation group was significantly superior to the reference group at the time of operation, the intraoperative blood loss and the hospital stay time(P<0.05). In the comparison of the incidence of complications, the observation group was significantly lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of endoscopic submucosal dissection for the treatment of early gastric cancer has a better effect, not only can effectively shorten the operation time of the patients, and promote the treatment effect to be further optimized. Meanwhile, it can avoid serious complications, has the promotion value.更多还原
