【摘要】 目的探讨CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检对肺周围性肿块的诊断价值。方法选取52例2018年2月至2019年4月在我院治疗的肺周围性肿块患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,对在CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检的技术方法进行了总结。结果本组52例患者中,共获得了51例细胞学标本,其中44例被确诊,确诊率为86.27%,本组52例患者均经CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检后,有14例发生气胸,4例出现咯血,并发症的发生率为34.62%。结论 CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检行肺周围性肿块患者的诊断,诊断准确率较高,并发症少,有较高的推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of CT guided percutaneous lung puncture biopsy for peripheral pulmonary mass. Methods 52 patients with peripheral pulmonary mass treated in our hospital from February 2018 to April 2019 were selected for retrospective analysis of their clinical data,and the technical methods of percutaneous lung puncture biopsy under the guidance of CT were summarized. Results A total of 51 cytological specimens were obtained in the 52 patients in this group, 44 of which were confirmed with a diagnosis rate of 86.27%. After the percutaneous lung puncture biopsy guided by CT, pneumothorax occurred in 14 patients and hemoptysis occurred in 4 patients,and the incidence of complications was 34.62%. Conclusion CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy for the diagnosis of pulmonary peripheral mass has a high diagnostic accuracy and fewer complications, which has a high promotion value.更多还原
