无创血管内皮功能检测技术研究进展与应用

【摘要】 血管内皮功能的改变与心血管疾病关系密切,内皮结构和功能的损伤是动脉粥样硬化斑块形成的重要原因,也是血管病变最早的标志。评价内皮功能的无创检测方法主要包括基于血流介导的血管扩张技术、外周动脉张力、光学体积描记法和无创生化检测等4大方法。通过利用便携式家用或穿戴式内皮血管功能诊断设备检测内皮功能病变,及时进行血管功能病变的干预和治疗可以预防心血管疾病。另外,内皮功能定期检查可用以评估病人治疗方案的有效性,帮助临床医生和心血管病患者更好的管理心血管健康。本文通过分析无创血管内皮功能检测技术的研究进展及应用,以期促进无创血管内皮功能检测技术的发展以及引起国民对血管内皮功能检查的重视。

【Abstract】 Vascular endothelial function changes are closely related to cardiovascular disease, and endothelial structural and functional damage is an important cause of atherosclerotic plaque formation and the earliest marker of vascular disease. Noninvasive detection methods for evaluating endothelial function mainly include four methods including flow mediated dilation(FMD), peripheral artery tonometry(PAT), optical plethysmography and noninvasive biochemical detection. Detection of endothelial dysfunction could be achieved by using portable household or wearable endothelial function diagnostic equipment. Timely intervention and treatment of vascular functional diseases could also prevent cardiovascular diseases. Moreover, periodic tests of endothelial function were used to assess the effectiveness of a patient’s treatment plan, which could help clinicians and cardiovascular patients better manage cardiovascular health. In this paper, the research progress and application of noninvasive vascular endothelial function detection technology are analyzed to promote the development of noninvasive vascular endothelial function detection technology and attract the national attention to vascular endothelial function detection.
