上转换发光材料应用进展及其检测系统的研究

【摘要】 上转换发光是一种稀土离子吸收2个或2个以上的低能光子而辐射出高能光子的发光现象。本文总结了上转换发光机理、纳米材料的发光特点,从生物成像、生物检测、光动力学治疗以及药物运输方面对上转换材料的应用范围进行概述。另外,对上转换发光检测系统在不同领域的应用情况做了深度归纳,对进一步开展上转换材料在检测设备上的应用具有启发性意义。

【Abstract】 Upconversion luminescence(UCL) is a low-energy photon emission phenomenon in which rare earth ions absorb two or more low-energy photons. The upconversion luminescence mechanism, the luminescence characteristics of nanomaterials were summarized, and the applications range of upconversion materials in bioimaging, bioassay, photodynamic therapy, and drug transportation were outlined. Moreover, the application of up conversion luminescence detection system in different fields is summarized in depth, which is instructive for further application of up conversion materials in detection equipment.
