基于信息化管理平台的医疗设备全生命周期质量控制体系的建立

【摘要】 目的通过现代化的信息管理平台,建立医疗设备全生命周期质量控制体系,对医疗设备整个生命周期的各个环节进行质量控制,更好的实行医疗设备全过程管理,减少各种不确定性和风险性。方法将医疗设备的整个生命周期分为采购、验收、使用、维修保养、评价、处置六个环节,为每个环节制定评价方案和量化指标,利用信息化管理系统实现各个环节的质量控制的信息化管理。结果通过基于信息化管理平台的医疗设备全生命周期质量控制体系,能够有效的提高医疗设备使用的安全性、有效性。结论对医疗设备整个生命周期进行质量控制实现信息化管理,是实行医疗设备全过程管理的重要手段,同时也是医疗机构控制医疗风险的重要环节。

【Abstract】 Objective In order to control the quality of each link of the whole life cycle of medical equipment and smoothly implement the whole process management of medical equipment and reduce various uncertainties and risks, a quality control system for the whole life cycle of medical equipment through a modern information management platform was established. Methods The whole life cycle of medical equipment were divided into six links: procurement, acceptance, use, maintenance, evaluation and disposal. The evaluate project and quantitative standards was formulated for each part, and the information management system was used to realize the information management of quality control of its quality control. Results The whole life cycle quality control system of medical equipment, which was based on information management platform, could effectively improve the safety and effectiveness of medical equipment use. Conclusion The establishment of the whole life cycle quality control system of medical equipment based on information management platform is an important means to implement the whole process management of medical equipment, as well as an important link for medical institutions to control medical risks.
