【摘要】 目的为了降低监护仪的故障率,提升患者与护士的满意度。方法本研究基于预防性维护与科室培训的理念,制定了一套标准化操作规程,并将其用于医院监护仪的管理中。结果经过一年的实践发现,该标准化操作规程能够明显减少监护仪的故障次数,减少故障维修的平均用时,提升患者满意度与护士的自信心。结论标准化规程可以用于医院监护仪的管理中,建议推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To reduce the failure rate of monitors and improve patients’ satisfaction with nurses.Methods Based on the concept of preventive maintenance and department training,a set of standardized operating procedures,which were used in the management of hospital monitors,were developed in this study.Results After a year of practice,it was found that the standardized operation procedure could significantly reduce the failure frequency of the monitor,reduce the average time of failure maintenance,and improve patient satisfaction and nurses’ confidence.Conclusion The standardized procedure can be used in the management of hospital monitor.更多还原
