【摘要】 目的研究CT质控模体性能检测图像计算机判断分析的方法及可行性,并与常规方法进行对比分析。方法扫描CT性能模体,利用计算机自动分析判定及常规检测方法分别对空间分辨力、低对比分辨力、噪声、CT值与均匀性的指标进行测量。结果其结果表明,基于计算机软件和常规检测方法对CT性能指标进行判定,软件测量与传统测量结果相一致。基于计算机软件的CT智能质控具有可行性。结论通过对CT影像性能指标的智能测量,能够更加客观、准确地对CT设备的性能进行评估,减少人工误差,极大地提高CT质量控制的工作效率。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the method and feasibility of the computer judgment and analysis method for the image of CT quality control phantom performance test, and compare it with the conventional method. Methods Scanning CT performance phantom,the spatial resolution, low contrast resolution, noise, CT value and uniformity were measured by computer automatic analysis and conventional detection method. Results The results showed that the performance index of CT was judged based on computer software and conventional testing method. The results were consistent between software measurement and traditional measurement,and the method of CT intelligent quality control based on computer software was feasible. Conclusion Through the intelligent measurement of CT image performance index, it can evaluate the performance of CT equipment more objectively and accurately,reduce manual error, and improves the ef?ciency of CT quality control greatly.
