NEN型立式换热器重力作用下管板应力分析
Stress Analysis on Tubesheet of NEN Type Heat Exchanger under Deadweight Load
【摘要】 NEN型立式固定管板换热器广泛地应用于化工、石化等多种过程工业部门。随着装置的大型化,换热器管板所承受的重力成为设计中必须考虑的因素。给出了重力作用下此种立式固定式换热器管板应力的计算方法,算例分析说明,重力引起的应力与管板中总应力的比例随直径加大而提高。本文所给出的方法可作为我国压力容器分析设计规范中管板设计方法的一个补充。
【Abstract】 NEN type tubular heat exchangers are widely used in many process industries. The effect of tubesheet weight on the stress analysis should be considered for the design of the large equipment. Stress analysis and design method on tubesheet of vertical NEN type heat exchanger under deadweight load are presented. Examples show that the ratios of stress caused by deadweight load to the total stresses in tubesheet under operating conditions are increasing with shell diameter. This paper present the calculation method to provide an additional article of standard"Pressure Vessel-Design Analysis"in China.
