【摘要】 目的探索三级甲等综合医院对口帮扶贫困县级医院的模式。方法云南省第一人民医院2015年~2018年先后派出4批医疗队,采用全面质量管理、人才培养、技术提升、重点专科建设、文化交流等多种形式结合,对口帮扶勐海县人民医院。结果勐海县人民医院的整体医疗技术、医疗服务及管理能力、医疗运行指标及DRGs绩效评价数据稳步提升,首批通过了云南省县级中心医院提质达标验收。结论三级甲等综合医院对口帮扶贫困县级医院,能够有效提高县级医院医疗服务能力和水平,值得推广运用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the modes of counterpart aid to hospitals in poverty-stricken counties by tertiary general hospitals. Methods From 2015 to 2018, the Yunnan First People’ s Hospital dispatched four batches of medical teams to Menghai County People’ s Hospital to provide counterpart aid by means of comprehensive quality management, talent training, technical upgrading, key discipline construction, and cultural exchange. Results The overall medical technology, medical service and management capabilities, medical operation index, and DRGs performance evaluation index in the Menghai County People’ s Hospital were steadily improved, and the hospital was among the first batch of hospitals that passed the Yunnan Province PerformanceUpgrading Accreditation for County-Level Central Hospitals. Conclusions Counterpart aid to county hospitals in poverty-stricken areas by tertiary general hospitals can effectively improve the medical service capacity and performance of these county-level hospitals.更多还原
