【摘要】 分析我国不同区域间孕产妇死亡分布情况。利用2010—2013统计年鉴资料,采用集中指数评价孕产妇死亡分布公平性。2009—2012年,我国东、中、西部地区孕产妇死亡率分别下降33.42%、30.34%、34.45%。以人均国内生产总值绘制的集中曲线显示,东、中、西部集中曲线大多分布在平等线的上方,其中东部地区更偏离平等线,而中部地区更靠近平等线。以城乡消费水平对比绘制的集中曲线显示,东、中、西部集中曲线大多分布在平等线的下方,其中东部地区更偏离平等线,而中西部地区与平等线距离大体相当。结果表明,从总体上来看我国孕产妇死亡水平得到降低,但是经济社会的快速发展可能会给一些局部地区带来一定的健康分布不均衡,在讲究效率的同时,要兼顾公平。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study aimed to analyze the equality of maternal mortality distribution among different regions in China. Using the statistical data of 2010—2013 years,the concentration index was used to evaluate the health equity of maternal mortality. From 2009 to 2012,the maternal mortality rates in the eastern,central and western regions of China decreased by 33.42%,30.34% and 34.45% respectively. The concentrated curve drawn by GDP per capita was shown: The eastern, central and western equality in Maternal Mortality concentrated curves were mostly distributed above the equality line,and the eastern region was more deviated from the equality line,while the central region was closer to the equality line. The concentration curve drawn by comparing urban and rural consumption levels was shown: Most of the eastern,central and western concentration curves were under the equal line,of which the eastern region was more deviated from the equal line,while the central and western regions were roughly equal to the equality line. These results show that the maternal mortality level in China has been improved in general,but the rapid economic and social development may bring imbalance of the health distribution for some local areas. Therefore,pay attention to efficiency,at the same time to give considerations to equity.更多还原
