【Abstract】 The construction of humanistic care in public hospitals in China is at an exploratory stage.While some achievements have been made, the lack of humanistic care is more prominent. Based on the analysis of the present questions of humanistic care in public hospitals, this article explores the reasons that lead to the lack of humanistic care spirit from the aspects of humanistic concept, management system and humanistic environment. Then, we proposes an promotion path from the aspects of upgrading literacy,establishing rules and regulations, safeguarding rights and interests, and creating an atmosphere.更多还原
