【摘要】 目的:研究超声影像报告和数据系统(BI-RADS)3类、4类乳腺肿瘤在乳腺术前评估中的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析常规超声诊断乳腺病灶为BI-RADS 3类、4类患者115例,269个病灶,所有病灶均经手术或乳腺旋切明确病理诊断,分析乳腺肿瘤BI-RADS分类在乳腺肿瘤诊疗中的临床应用价值。结果:245例常规超声诊断BI-RADS 3类,病理证实243例良性病灶,2例恶性病灶;24例常规超声诊断BI-RADS 4类,病理证实10例良性病灶,14例恶性病灶。结论:常规超声对乳腺肿瘤进行BI-RADS分类有较高的临床价值,能给临床手术医师提供初步的诊疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the diagnostic value of three and four types of breast tumors in preoperative evaluation of breast by ultrasound imaging reporting and data system(BI-RADS). Method: A retrospective analysis was made on 115 cases and 269 cases of breast lesions diagnosed by conventional ultrasound as BI-RADS in 3 and 4 categories. All lesions were confirmed by operation or mammotomy. The clinical value of BI-RADS classification in the diagnosis and treatment of breast lesions was analyzed. Result: 245 cases of BI-RADS were diagnosed 3 categories by routine ultrasonography, 243 cases of benign lesions and 2 cases of malignant lesions were confirmed by pathology, 24 cases of BI-RADS were diagnosed 4 categories by routine ultrasonography, 10 cases of benign lesions and 14 cases of malignant lesions were confirmed by pathology. Conclusion: The BI-RADS classification of breast tumors by conventional ultrasound has high clinical value and can provide a preliminary diagnosis and treatment plan for clinical surgeons.更多还原
