【摘要】 目的:比较注射曲安奈德和染料激光治疗婴幼儿浅表型血管瘤的效果。方法:回顾性分析2016年1月-2018年1月在笔者所在医院就诊的159例浅表血管瘤患儿,根据治疗方法分为注射组(n=70)和激光组(n=89)。对比两种治疗方法的效果及有效治疗时间。结果:激光组治疗的总有效率92.13%,显著高于注射组的78.57%,激光组有效治疗时间(2.12±0.33)个月,显著短于注射组患者的(3.48±0.45)个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:染料激光治疗婴幼儿浅表型血管瘤的效果比注射曲安奈德治疗的效果要好,且激光治疗时间较短,对于浅表型血管瘤患儿,建议首先采用染料激光治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the efficacy of Triamcinolone Acetonide Injection and dye laser in the treatment of superficial hemangioma in infants. Method: A total of 159 children with superficial hemangioma treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the treatment methods, they were divided into the injection group(n=70) and the laser group(n=89). The curative effect and effective treatment time of the two methods were compared. Result: The total effective rate of the laser group was 92.13%, which was higher than that of the injection group(78.57%). The effective treatment time of the laser group(2.12±0.33) months, which was significantly shorter than that of the injection group(3.48±0.45) months. And the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of dye laser in the treatment of superficial hemangioma in infants is better than that of Triamcinolone Acetonide Injection, and the time of laser treatment is shorter. For children with superficial hemangioma, it is recommended to first use dye laser treatment.更多还原
