【摘要】 目的:探究男性住院精神分裂症患者实施正面认知心理护理的价值。方法:选取笔者所在科于2017年10月-2018年12月收治的男性精神分裂症患者56例,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组28例。对照组给予药物治疗和常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予正面认知心理护理。护理12周后,比较两组护理效果。结果:护理12周后,观察组N-BPRS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组NOSIE评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组ITAQ评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将正面认知心理护理应用于男性住院精神分裂症患者的护理中,能够改变患者的精神症状,提高患者自知力,有效提高治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the value of positive cognitive psychological nursing in male inpatients with schizophrenia. Method: From October 2017 to December 2018, 56 male schizophrenia patients admitted in our department were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method, 28 cases in each group. The control group was given drug treatment and routine nursing, while the observation group was given positive cognitive psychological nursing on the basis of the control group. After 12 weeks of nursing, the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Result: After 12 weeks of nursing, the N-BPRS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The NOSIE score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The ITAQ score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of positive cognitive psychological nursing in male inpatients with schizophrenia can change the mental symptoms of the patients, improve the patients’ self-knowledge,and improve the therapeutic effect.更多还原
