【摘要】 目的:研究中医骨科综合治疗骨伤后期肢体肿胀的效果。方法:从笔者所在医院收治的骨伤患者中,筛选出骨伤后期出现明显肢体肿胀116例作为研究对象。随机分组,对照组采取常规甘露醇治疗方案,观察组采取中医骨科综合治疗方法,比较两组肢体肿胀消散时间、住院时间、不良反应与治疗有效性。结果:观察组肢体肿胀消散时间为(4.12±0.58)d,住院时间为(6.95±1.25)d,不良反应3例,发生率为5.17%,总有效率为98.28%,均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医骨科综合治疗方法可缓解患者骨伤后期出现的肢体肿胀症状,减少不良反应发生,提高治疗有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of comprehensive treatment of orthopaedics of traditional Chinese medicine on limb swelling in the late stage of bone injury.Method:A total of 116 patients with obvious limb swelling in the late stage of bone injury were selected as the research object.The control group was treated with routine Mannitol,while the observation group was treated with comprehensive treatment of orthopaedics of traditional Chinese medicine.The time of limb swelling dissipation,hospitalization time,adverse reactions and effectiveness were compared between the two groups.Result:The time of limb swelling dissipation in the observation group was(4.12±0.58)days,the hospitalization time was(6.95±1.25)days,the adverse reactions were 3 cases,the occurrence rate was 5.17%,and the total effective rate was 98.28%,which were better than those of the control group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive treatment of orthopaedics of traditional Chinese medicine can alleviate the symptoms of limb swelling,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and improve the effectiveness of treatment.更多还原
