【摘要】 目的:探析透明质酸注射隆鼻与硅胶假体隆鼻临床效果。方法:选取2017年1-12月笔者所在医院收治的需进行隆鼻术患者97例,随机分为硅胶假体组(48例)、透明质酸组(49例),隆鼻方式分别为硅胶假体隆鼻、透明质酸注射隆鼻,比较两组满意度、并发症发生率及1年内维持情况。结果:透明质酸组手术不适感、鼻背部挺拔度、自然度、鼻尖翘挺度、疼痛程度满意度评分均显著高于硅胶假体组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。透明质酸组并发症发生率为2.0%,显著低于硅胶假体组(12.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1年内,透明质酸组隆鼻维持率为77.6%,与硅胶假体组的85.4%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:相对于硅胶假体隆鼻术而言,透明质酸注射隆鼻可提升患者满意度,安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of injection rhinoplasty with hyaluronic acid and silicone prosthesis rhinoplasty.Method:A total of 97 cases of rhinoplasty patients admitted to the hospital from January to December 2017 were selected,and patients were randomly divided into the silicone prosthesis group(48 cases) and the hyaluronic acid group(49 cases).Rhinoplasty methods were silicone prosthesis rhinoplasty,injection rhinoplasty with hyaluronic acid.Satisfaction,complication rate and maintenance rate in 1 year were compared between the two groups.Result:The satisfaction scores of surgical discomfort,nasal back stiffness,naturalness,nasal tip elevation and pain degree in the hyaluronic acid group were significantly higher than those of the silicone prosthesis group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the hyaluronic acid group was 2.0%,which was significantly lower than that of the silicone prosthesis group(12.5%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Within 1 year after surgery,the rhinoplasty maintenance rate in the hyaluronic acid group was 77.6%,compared with 85.4% in the silicone prosthesis group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the silicone prosthesis rhinoplasty,injection rhinoplasty with hyaluronic acid can improve patient satisfaction and safety.更多还原
