【摘要】 目的:观察采用腹腔镜+胃镜手术联合治疗胃间质瘤患者的临床效果。方法:选取2014年10月-2017年10月笔者所在医院收治的胃间质瘤患者60例,采用随机数字法分成两组,对照组与试验组,各30例。对照组采取传统开腹术,试验组采取腹腔镜+胃镜手术联合治疗。比较两组患者术中出血量、首次排气时间、恢复半流食时间、手术时间、住院时间及术后并发症发生率情况。结果:试验组患者术中出血量、首次排气时间、恢复半流食时间与住院总时间明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组患者并发症发生率为3.33%,对照组并发症发生率为20.00%,试验组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于胃间质瘤患者,采取腹腔镜+胃镜手术联合治疗,减少术中出血量,加速患者胃肠功能恢复,明显减少患者住院时间,降低术后并发症的发生率,效果理想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of combined laparoscopic and gastroscopic surgery on gastric stromal tumors.Method:A total of 60 patients with gastric stromal tumors were treated in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2017.They were randomly divided into two groups:control group(30 cases) and experimental group(30 cases).The control group received traditional laparotomy,while the experimental group received laparoscopy plus gastroscopy.The operative time,intraoperative bleeding volume,first exhaust time,recovery time of half-flowing food,the operation time,length of hospitalization and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The intraoperative bleeding volume,first exhaust time,recovery time of halfflowing food and total hospitalization time of the experimental group were significantly less than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The incidence of complications was 3.33% in the experimental group and 20.00% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with gastric stromal tumors,laparoscopic plus endoscopic surgery can significantly shorten the operation time,reduce intraoperative bleeding,accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function,significantly reduce the length of hospitalization,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,the effect is ideal.更多还原
