【摘要】 目的:分析血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)和表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)在胃癌组织中的表达水平及其与临床病理因素的相关性。方法:选择2016年6月-2017年12月佳木斯大学附属第一医院收治的胃癌患者的手术标本87例作为试验组,同期癌旁正常胃组织标本87例纳入对照组,并收集对应患者的临床资料,采用免疫组化Envision两步法检测VEGF-C、EGFR在胃癌及癌旁正常组织中的表达情况,并结合多种病理因素分析其表达的特点及在胃癌组织中表达的相关性。结果:VEGF-C和EGFR在试验组中的阳性表达率均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);VEGF-C和EGFR的表达在不同年龄、性别、肿瘤部位及肿瘤大小方面,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而在不同肿瘤分化程度、肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移、远处转移方面,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);VEGF-C和EGFR在胃癌组织中的表达呈正相关(r=0.356,P=0.001)。结论:VEGF-C和EGFR的表达与胃癌的发生发展有一定联系,同时在胃癌的发生发展过程中起到协同作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the expression levels of vascular endothelial growth factor-C(VEGF-C) and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR in gastric cancer and their correlation with clinicopathological factors.Method:Eighty-seven surgical specimens of gastric cancer patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University from June 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the experimental group.Eighty-seven normal gastric tissue specimens were included in the control group,and the corresponding patients were collected.The data were analyzed by immunohistochemical Envision two-step method to detect the expression of VEGF-C and EGFR in gastric cancer and adjacent normal tissues.The expression characteristics and expression in gastric cancer tissues were analyzed by combining various pathological factors.Result:The positive expression rates of VEGF-C and EGFR in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The expressions of VEGF-C and EGFR were not significant differences to age,sex,tumor location and tumor size(P>0.05),which were closely significant differences to tumor differentiation,tumor invasion depth,lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between VEGF-C and EGFR expression in gastric cancer tissues(r=0.356,P=0.001).Conclusion:The expression of VEGF-C and EGFR is related to the occurrence and development of gastric cancer,and plays a synergistic role in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.更多还原
