【Abstract】 Metabolic syndrome is a clinical metabolic syndrome contains hypertension,obesity,hyperlipidemia,insulin resistance and other risk factors.It is the result of the combination of genetic and environmental factors,it has become a hotspot of current research with the increasing incidence,many genetic polymorphisms are found to be associated with the pathogenesis of metabolic syndrome,but the mechanism needs further study,this paper reviews the metabolic syndrome risk factors and gene polymorphism.更多还原
