【摘要】 本文关注创业者的创业失败经历对新创企业创业导向的超前行动性、创新性以及风险承担性3个维度的影响,并探究感知创业环境的调节作用。利用中国跨省份1 133家新创企业的一手调研数据进行实证分析,结果显示:创业失败经历对超前行动性、创新性和风险承担性3个维度具有显著的正向影响,即创业失败经历越多,创业者的超前行动性、创新性和风险承担性越强;感知创业环境作为调节变量,加强了创业失败经历对创新性的正向影响,削弱了创业失败经历对风险承担性的正向影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 It examined the effects of entrepreneurial failure on three dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation and the moderation effects of perceived entrepreneurial environment by using the original survey data from 1133 entrepreneurs across China. The result shows as follows:entrepreneur’s failure experiences have significantly positive effects on three dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation,namely,proactiveness,innovativeness,and risk-taking. Perceived entrepreneurial environment,as a moderator,strengthens the positive relationship between failure experiences and innovativeness,and weakens the positive relationship between failure experiences and risk-taking.更多还原
