【Abstract】 Satisfaction research is an important part of organizational management. Currently, the career satisfaction of doctors is being paid more and more attention by the society at home and abroad. In this study, a large public hospital in Shanghai was selected to analyze and summarize the status quo and influencing factors of doctors’ job satisfaction in this hospital quantitatively and qualitatively through anonymous questionnaire, and relevant suggestions were put forward to enrich the research content of doctors’ satisfaction.更多还原
