高频燃烧红外吸收法测定氧化铁皮中的硫含量

【摘要】 采用高频感应炉燃烧红外吸收碳硫仪,建立了氧化铁皮中硫含量的测定方法。实验确定了氧化铁皮中硫含量测定的最佳条件:最大板极电流175mA,助熔剂的选择及加入方式为纯铁+试样+钨锡助熔剂,称样量为0.5g;比较水平为2.0%;最短分析时间为40s。用2个磁铁矿标准物质对准确性进行验证,分析值和标准值没有显著性差异。对5个氧化铁皮样品分别测定7次,相对标准偏差为0.97%~2.09%,能够满足氧化铁皮中硫含量的检测需求。

【Abstract】 One determination method of sulfur in mill scale was established using high frequency combustion furnace which was infrared absorption carbon and sulfur analyzer. The best analytical conditions for sulfur determination in mill scale were confirmed. The maximum current is 175 mA. The choice and adding way of flux is impure iron and samples and tungsten tin one by one. And the sample weight is 0.5 g. The comparison level is 2.0%. The shortest analytical time is 40 s. The accuracy was verified using two magnetic certificated reference materials. As a result, the analytical values have no significant difference with standard values. The relative standard deviation is from 0.97% to 2.09% by analyzing five mill scale samples, which is satisfactory.
