多功能有机硅增粘剂的合成及应用
Synthesis and Application of Multifunctional Silicone Tackifier
【摘要】 以四甲基环四硅氧烷(D4H)、八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)、六甲基二硅氧烷(MM)、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷和烯丙基缩水甘油醚为原料,合成了含环氧基和烷氧基的有机硅增粘剂PHMS-12,将其用于加成型液体硅橡胶。并对该增粘剂进行了结构表征,考察了PHMS-12用量对加成型液体硅橡胶的黏度、硬度、硫化特性以及对各种基材粘接性能的影响。结果表明:当PHMS-12用量为0. 8%时,加成型液体硅橡胶与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚酰亚胺(PI)、不锈钢、铜、铝等基材的粘接良好,此时硅橡胶的拉伸强度为7. 3 MPa,拉断伸长率为400%,撕裂强度为30. 5 kN/m,邵尔A硬度为61度,焦烧时间(t10)和正硫化时间(t90)分别为34 s、86 s。
【Abstract】 A silicone tackifier PHMS-12 with epoxy and alkoxy functional groups for the addition-cure liquid silicone rubber( LSR) was prepared,with tetramethylcyclotetrasiloxane( D4H),octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane( D4),hexamethyldisiloxane( MM),vinyl trimethoxysilane,and allyl glycidyl ether as the raw materials. Then the microstructure of the tackifier was characterized. The effects of the amount of PHMS-12 on the viscosity,the hardness,curing characteristics of the liquid silicone rubber,and adhesion properties on the various substrates were investigated. Results show that when the amount of PHMS-12 is 0.8%,the addition-cure LSR is well bonded to polyethylene terephthalate( PET),polyimide( PI),stainless steel,copper,aluminium and other substrates. The silicone rubber has the tensile strength of 7. 3 MPa,the elongation at break of400%,the tear strength of 30.5 kN/m,Shore A hardness of 61,and the scorch time t10 and the positive curing time t90 is 34 s and 86 s,respectively.
