铂催化剂用量对加成型液体硅橡胶硫化行为的影响
Effect of Platinum Catalyst Addition on Curing Behaviour of Additive-cure Liquid Silicone Rubber
【摘要】 采用流变学方法研究了铂催化剂用量对加成型双组分室温硫化(RTV-2)液体硅橡胶在聚氯乙烯(PVC)表皮上硫化行为的影响,并通过调整硅橡胶中铂催化剂的用量,解决了搪塑模具制备过程中因RTV-2硅橡胶与PVC表皮中P元素反应所导致的硅橡胶硫化不完全及花纹复制率低的问题。结果表明,额外添加0. 5%~1. 0%的铂催化剂后,硅橡胶在PVC表皮上能完全硫化并形成清晰花纹。
【Abstract】 The effect of amount of platinum catalyst on the curing behaviour of two-component room temperature vulcanization( RTV-2) liquid silicone rubber on the surface of polyvinyl chloride( PVC) was studied by rheological method. The problem of silicone rubber poisoning and low pattern reproduction rate caused by the reaction between silicone rubber and the material in PVC epidermis during preparing the slush mould was solved by adjusting the amount of platinum catalyst in silicone rubber. The experimental results show that after adding the extra 0.5%~ 1.0% platinum catalyst,the silicone rubber is completely cured on the surface of PVC and form clear patterns on it.
