【Abstract】 To solve privacy data protection and data sharing problem of electronic medical record, a data sharing scheme of electronic medical record with three tires blockchain is proposed. The three chains are private chain for single patient, private chain for medical institution and hospital, public chain. The data of electronic medical record is distributed stored in hyperledger of patient private chain by using attribute encryption. The chain of medical institution and hospital and the public block chain just store the hash of the electronic medical record. The owner of electronic medical record shares his private data to specific applicant by authorize according the identity or attribute of the applicant.更多还原
