【摘要】 目的:探讨基于互联网+的延续性护理模式对结肠癌患者术后造口旁疝的发生和生活质量的影响。方法:选取2016年2月至2017年2月于广西医科大学附属肿瘤医院行结肠癌根治术并行造口的患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例;观察组予以基于互联网+的延续性护理模式,对照组予以常规护理随访;分析两组患者术后护理效果及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组患者术后1年造口旁疝发生率及造口部并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后1年生活质量评分均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后一年对护理态度、护理效果、病情评估满意度均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于互联网+的延续性护理模式有助于降低结肠癌术后造口旁疝和造口部并发症的发生,提高患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The study was aimed to explore the effect of continuous nursing mode based on Internet + for the hernia occurrence and living quality of colon cancer patients. Methods: The clinical data of 100 patients with radical resection of colon cancer admitted to hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected and divided into observation group and control group randomly, 50 cases in each group. The patients in observation group were given the continuous nursing mode based on Internet +,and the control group was followed up with routine care. The postoperative nursing effect and complications of the two groups were analyzed. Results: The incidence of parastomal hernia and the incidence of ostomy complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 1 year after operation(P <0.05). The 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The nursing attitude, nursing effect and satisfaction evaluation of the disease were significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion: The continuous nursing model based on Internet + can reduce the occurrence of postoperative parenteral hernia and orogenic complications and improve the living quality of patients.更多还原
