【摘要】 目的:旨在以大数据和移动互联网等先进信息技术支持医院提高信息共享水平,促进资源的高效利用,提升医院管理水平。方法:医院内不同专科的信息处理需求需要针对性的解决方案,以产科医学为例研究数据采集、信息共享、数据利用及信息安全保障等关键技术问题。结果:所设计的产科信息管理系统(OBIS)很好地实现了孕产期全流程信息共享和高效利用,基本实现了产科无纸化,改善了产科安全质控效率。结论:产科信息管理平台作为智慧医疗时代的专科信息化建设经验值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To support hospitals with advanced information technology, such as big data and mobile Internet, to improve the level of information sharing, to promote the efficient use of resources and to improve hospital management. Methods: The information processing needs of different specialties in hospitals need to be solved. This paper takes obstetrical medicine as an example to study the key technical problems such as data collection, information sharing, data utilization and information security. Results: The OBIS(Obstetrical Information Management System) has realized the information sharing and efficient utilization of the whole process of pregnancy and delivery, basically realized the paperless obstetrics, and improved the quality control of obstetrical safety. Conclusion:Obstetrical information management platform is worth popularizing as the experience of specialty information construction in the intelligent medical age.更多还原
