水性聚氨酯高分子染料的制备及酸致变色性能

【摘要】 利用醇羟基与异氰酸酯基反应,将偶氮苯低分子染料引入聚氨酯分子链中,制成水性聚氨酯高分子染料,再用于棉织物涂层,以制备柔性pH值传感器。探讨该高分子染料的颜色性能及其涂层织物的酸致变色性能。结果表明,偶氮苯低分子染料引入水性聚氨酯分子链前后的紫外可见光谱基本一致,无色变现象。当pH值从6降至3时,高分子染料溶液颜色由大红色变成紫红色;待涂层织物放置一段时间后,其颜色恢复为原来的大红色,显示出良好的可逆性和耐疲劳度。

【Abstract】 A waterborne polyurethane polymeric dye is prepared by introducing low molecular weight azobenzene dyes into polyurethane molecular chains via the reaction of alcohol hydroxyl group and isocyanate group. Then the polymeric dye is used in cotton fabric coating to prepare a flexible pH sensor. The color properties of the polymer dye and the acidichromic properties of the coated fabric are mainly discussed. The results show that the UV-vis spectra of the low molecular azobenzene dyes before and after introducing into the waterborne polyurethane chains are similar without obvious color change. When the pH value decreases from 6 to 3, the polymeric solution will change from bright red to purple red.When the coated fabric is placed for a period of time, the color of the coated fabric restores to the original bright red, which shows good reversibility and fatigue resistance.
