改进型蓄热式燃烧在定形机中的应用
Application of improved regenerative thermal oxidizer to stenter
【摘要】 通过对绍兴市某印染企业定形机尾气出口温度、浓度、流量及成分等数据的现场检测,发现进出料口漏风量过大是造成定形机热量损失的主要原因,并获得了不同条件对废气浓度差异的影响规律。比较了水洗+静电、活性炭吸附、紫外光催化、冷凝法及热氧化法五种常规尾气处理方法,并进一步对比了四种热氧化法。基于获得的检测数据通过系统热平衡分析及运行成本评估,提出对现有系统的改进方案。结果表明,采用改进型蓄热式燃烧(RTO)处理工艺具有节能及减排的双重优势。
【Abstract】 An online test is carried out including temperature, concentration, flow rate and flue gas composition on a stenter in dyeing mills in Shaoxing City. It is found that excessive air leakage at the inlet and outlet plays the key roles which induce the heat loss, and the influencing rules on different exhaust gas concentrations under different conditions are explored. Different exhaust gas cleaning methods are discussed, such as water washing + electrostatic, activated carbon adsorption, ultraviolet photocatalysis, condensation method and thermal oxidation method, the advantages and disadvantages of the four thermal oxidation methods are compared. An energy conservation analysis and operating cost assessment are carried out based on the test results, and an improved system is proposed. It is indicated that the improved regenerative thermal oxidizer(RTO) system can be beneficial to both of energy saving and emission reduction.
