【摘要】 在《百年中医史》研究的基础上,对百年来中医的临床发展进行总结归纳。其总体发展特点为:疾病谱的变化和临床创新;门诊与病房齐头并进;人才培养途径的多样化;学科不断分化;临床与教学科研产业日益密切。不同时期的发展特点和成就为:早期遭受冲击,艰难发展;中期受到重视,蓄势待发;后期全面发展,规模宏大。历史发展表明:中医现代化任重而道远,深入发挥特色是提高临床疗效的关键;找准中医自身优势,充分利用现代医学的检查手段,能更好地实现中西医互补。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of research on Bai Nian Zhong Yi Shi(《百年中医史》Centennial History of Traditional Chinese Medicine), this article summarizes the clinical development of Chinese medicine in the past 100 years. The overall development characteristics are summarized as follows: Changes of disease spectrum and clinical innovation; simultaneous development of outpatient department and wards; diversified channels for talents-cultivation; continuously differentiating disciplines; increasingly close relationship between clinical and teaching and research industries.The characteristics and achievements of its development in different periods are summarized as follows: In early stage, it suffered from impact with difficulty in development; in medium stage, it was taken into serious considerations and was well prepared; in late stage, it developed comprehensively in a large scale. Historical development shows that there still has a long way to go in terms of modernization of Chinese medicine and the key to improve its clinical curative effect is to deeply develop its characteristics as well as to find out the advantages of Chinese medicine and to make great use of inspection measures of modern medicine, in order to better achieve the complementarity of Chinese and western medicine.更多还原
