视网膜神经节细胞凋亡机制的研究进展
The research progress of apoptosis mechanism of retinal ganglion cells
【摘要】 青光眼是指与眼压升高有关的以视网膜神经纤维萎缩、视盘凹陷和视野缺损为主要特征的一组疾病,为临床常见病和主要致盲眼病。视网膜神经节细胞凋亡是其病理基础。目前治疗青光眼仍然以降低眼压为目的,但降低眼压并非对所有患者都有效。很多学者开始关注引起视网膜神经节细胞凋亡凋亡的机制,寻找新的治疗措施。本文从分子生物学角度总结视网膜神经节细胞凋亡的凋亡机制,为青光眼的新治疗方案提供依据。
【Abstract】 Glaucoma refers to a group of diseases associated with elevated intraocular pressure and characterized by retinal nerve fiber atrophy,optic disc depression and visual field defect.It is a common clinical disease and a major cause of blindness.Retinal ganglion ceils(RGCs)apoptosis is the basis of their pathology.At present,glaucoma treatment is still aimed at lowering Intraocular pressure(iop),but lowering iop is not effective for all patients.Many scholars began to pay attention to the mechanism of RGC apoptosis and search for new therapeutic measures.This article summarizes the apoptosis mechanism of RGC from the perspective of molecular biology,and provides the basis for the new treatment of glaucoma.
