【摘要】 2019年6月1日,美国国防部发布了《印太战略报告》。该报告的主要内容包括美国与"印太"地区的历史联系以及自由开放的"印太战略愿景"及其规则;"印太"地区的战略格局;美国国家利益与国防战略;维持美国在"印太"地区影响等方面的内容。美国"印太战略"阐述了印度洋在美国当前与未来战略中的重要地位,也在一定程度上阐述了特朗普政府在印度洋地区的战略利益与政策实践,这表明了特朗普政府对印度洋地区的重大战略关切以及在该地区加强战略影响力的决心。分析美国政府在印度洋地区的战略关切、运行方式以及影响因素不仅有助于整体上把握美国印度洋战略的发展态势,也有助于厘清美国印度洋战略对地区安全的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 the US Department of Defense issued the "Indo-Pacific Strategy Report"on June 01,2019. The report mainly includes the historical links between the United States and the Indo-Pacific region,the free and open "Strategic Vision for Asia-Pacific"and its rules,the strategic structure of the Indo-Pacific region,the US national interests and national defense strategy,as well as the maintenance of the US influence in the Indo-Pacific region. The US "Indo-Pacific"strategy elaborates on the important position of the Indian Ocean in the strategy of the United States,and also ex-plains the strategic interests and policy practices of the Trump administration in the Indian Ocean region to some extent. All those show that the Trump administration has Major strategic concerns in Indian Ocean,and has determination to strengthen strategic influence in the region. Analysis of the US government’s strategic concerns,operational methods,and influencing factors in the Indian Ocean region will not only help to grasp the development trend of the US strategy towards Indian Ocean as a whole,but also help to clarify the impact of the US Indian Ocean strategy on regional security.更多还原
