【摘要】 目的:探讨微型接骨板跨关节内固定术治疗足跖跗关节骨折的疗效。方法:选取2012年9月至2016年9月本院收治的足跖跗关节骨折患者110例,依据治疗方法分为接骨组(n=50例)和螺钉组(n=60例),螺钉组给予螺钉内固定术治疗,接骨组给予微型接骨板跨关节内固定术治疗,比较两组治疗疗效、并发症、关节功能。结果:接骨组和螺钉组住院时间、并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且均无创伤性关节炎、骨不连、骨坏死、畸形愈合、内固定物折断、关节疼痛等严重并发症发生。接骨组骨折愈合、内固定物取出、负重锻炼时间明显低于螺钉组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);接骨组关节功能优良率明显高于螺钉组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微型接骨板跨关节内固定术可有效缩短足跖跗关节骨折患者骨折愈合及负重锻炼时间,有利于提高患者关节功能的恢复效果,且具有良好的安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the curative effect of treating the foot tarsal joint fracture with mini plate transarticular internal fixation. Methods One hundred and ten patients with foot tarsal joint fracture admitted to our hospital between September 2012 and September 2016 were selected and randomly divided into an osteosynthesis group(n=50) and a screw group(n=60). The screw group was treated with the screw internal fixation,while the osteosynthesis group was treated with the mini plate transarticular internal fixation. The therapeutic effect, complications and the joint function were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the hospitalization time and incidence of complications between the osteosynthesis group and screw group(P>0.05), and the two groups did not have serious complications such as the traumatic arthritis,nonunion,osteonecrosis,malunion,internal fixation fracture and joint pain(P>0.05). The healing of the bone fracture,taking out the internal fixation and weight-bearing exercise time of the osteosynthesis group were significantly lower than the screw group(P<0.05), while the excellent rate of the joint function was significantly higher than the latter(P<0.05). Conclusions The mini plate arthroplasty can effectively shorten the fracture healing and weight-bearing exercise time for patients with foot tarsal joint fractures,which helps to improve the recovery of the joint function with good safety.更多还原
