【Abstract】 Outcomes-Based Education(OBE) is an idea that not only focuses on skills training and student employment, but also pays attention to the overall development of people. Under the guidance of student-centered and competency-based thinking, according to the principle of reverse design, a talent training system of software technology is established to adapt to regional development and industrial upgrading dynamically, which can meet the needs of students’ individual and comprehensive development, thereby ensuring the quality of personnel training.
