分光光度法测定荸荠中的微量元素含量

【摘要】 为进一步了解荸荠的营养价值和药用价值,选取了江西省宜春市袁州区温汤镇旺角水果店荸荠为原材料,对荸荠中的微量元素进行了含量测定与分析。采用硝酸作为消解体系按照一定消解程序对荸荠进行消解,使用原子荧光光谱法和火焰原子吸收光谱法对荸荠中Cd、Mn、Cu、Zn、Mg、Se六种微量元素进行了含量测定与分析。结果表明,荸荠中的Mg含量最高,含量为238.34μg·g-1;Cd元素含量最低,含量为0.12μg·g-1

【Abstract】 In order to understand the nutritional and medicinal value of water chestnut,the content of trace elements in water chestnut was determined and analyzed by using water chestnut as raw material from Mongkok Fruit Store,Wentang Town,Yuanzhou District,Yichun City,Jiangxi Province.Nitric acid was used as digestion system to digest water chestnut according to certain digestion procedure.The contents of Cd,Mn,Cu,Zn,Mg and Se in water chestnuts were determined and analyzed by atomic fluorescence spectrometry and flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The results showed that the content of Mg in water chestnut was the highest,which was 238.34 μg·g-1,and the lowest content of Cd was 0.12 μg·g-1.
