【摘要】 目的:分析Basic(牙合)架联合万向排牙导板在全口义齿排牙中应用的效果。方法:依照随机原则,将60名刚走入工作岗位的口腔技师分为实验组和对照组,各30人,实验组采用Basic(牙合)架联合万向排牙导板进行排牙训练,对照组采用传统方法进行全口义齿排牙训练。均采用下颌起排法。由四位口腔修复科副教授和高年资口腔技师对年轻口腔技师的排牙效果进行量化评分,比较两组技师排牙效果的评分。结果:实验组和对照组排牙效果的量化评分分别为(84. 92±3. 35)分、(71. 26±3. 12)分;两组排牙效果量化评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。实验组和对照组合格率分别为91. 5%和78. 2%。结论:Basic(牙合)架联合万向排牙导板用于全口义齿的排牙效果好,尤其适用于初学者进行训练。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the effect of Basic articulator system combined with dental guide plate set in complete denture arrangement. Methods: According to the principle of randomization,60 new oral technicians were divided into experimental group and control group,30 in each group. The experimental group was trained by Basic articulator system combined with dental guide plate set,while the control group was trained with traditional methods. Each group wore by mandibular method making complete dentures. Four associate professors of Prosthodontics and senior dental technicians quantitatively scored the arrangement effect of young dental technicians,and compared the arrangement effect of two groups. Results: The quantitative scores of the experimental group and the control group were( 84. 92 ± 3. 35) and( 71. 26 ± 3. 12) respectively,and there was a significant difference between the two groups( P < 0. 05). The qualified rates of the experimental group and the control group were 91. 5%and 78. 2% respectively. Conclusions: Basic articulator system combining with dental guide plate set has good effect on complete denture arrangement,especially for beginners.更多还原
