【摘要】 目的观观察硫辛酸及疏血通对糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法将120例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为硫辛酸治疗组、疏血通治疗组、硫辛酸及疏血通联合治疗组和对照组,观察4组患者临床疗效及治疗前后神经传导速度变化。结果联合治疗组的总有效率显著高于硫辛酸组、疏血通组以及对照组,在感觉神经传导速度和运动神经传导速度上均有明显优势。结论硫辛酸联合疏血通治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of lipoic acid and Shuxuetong on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 120 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into lipoic acid treatment group, Shuxuetong treatment group, Lipoic acid and Shuxuetong combined treatment group and control group. The clinical efficacy of the four groups and the changes of nerve conduction velocity before and after treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that of the lipoic acid grou, Shuxuetong group and the control group, which also had obvious advantages in sensory nerve conduction velocity and motor nerve conduction velocity.
