抗结核治疗对肺结核患者痰液和血清中细胞因子的影响
Influence of Anti-Tuberculosis Treatment on Sputum and Serum Cytokines of Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis
【摘要】 目的探讨抗结核治疗对肺结核患者痰液和血清中细胞因子水平的影响。方法选取我院2016年6月至2018年12月收治的肺结核患者65例,分为对照组(n=32)和观察组(n=33)。对照组采用2HRZE/4HR治疗,观察组采用2HRZE/4HR治疗联合注射用重组人白介素2 (IL-2)治疗。观察两组患者治疗后的病灶吸收率,并检测治疗前后的痰液和血清TNF-α、IFN-γ和IL-10水平。结果观察组的病灶吸收率为78.79%,明显高于对照组的53.13%(P <0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的痰液和血清TNF-α、 IFN-γ、 IL-10水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的TNF-α、 IL-10水平明显下降(P <0.05),IFN-γ水平明显上升(P <0.05),且观察组的TNF-α、 IFN-γ、 IL-10水平明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论抗结核治疗肺结核患者的临床疗效较高,可有效改善患者的痰液和血清中的细胞因子水平。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of anti-tuberculosis treatment on sputum and serum cytokine levels of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 65 cases of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to December2018 were selected and divided into control group(n = 32) and observation group(n = 33). The control group was treated with 2 HRZE/4 HR,while the observation group was treated with 2 HRZE/4 HR combined with recombinant human interleukin-2(IL-2) for injection. The lesion absorption rates of two groups after treatment were observed, and the sputum and serum TNF-α, IFN-γ and IL-10 levels before and after treatment were detected. Results The lesion absorption rate of the observation group was 78.79%, significantly higher than 53.13% of the control group(P <0.05). Before treatment, no statistical difference was found in the sputum and serum TNF-α, IFN-γ and IL-10 levels between the two groups(P >0.05). After treatment, the TNF-α and IL-10 levels of the two groups significantly decreased(P <0.05), and the IFN-γ levels significantly increased(P <0.05); The TNF-α, IFN-γ and IL-10 levels of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Anti-tuberculosis treatment in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis has higher clinical efficacy, which can effectively improve the sputum and serum cytokine levels.
