布托啡诺及芬太尼联合丙泊酚在无痛肠镜肠息肉切除中的麻醉效果研究
Study on Anesthetic Effect of Butorphanol or Fentanyl Combined with Propofol in Painless Colonoscopic Polypectomy
【摘要】 目的比较布托啡诺及芬太尼联合丙泊酚在无痛肠镜肠息肉切除中的麻醉效果。方法选取我院2018年1月至2018年10月行无痛肠镜肠息肉切除的患者122例,根据麻醉方式分为两组各61例。对照组采用芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉,研究组实施布托啡诺联合丙泊酚麻醉。对比两组患者麻醉期间相关指标与麻醉前后的相关生命体征。结果研究组的麻醉苏醒时间、疼痛时间短于对照组,药物用量少于对照组(P均<0.05)。麻醉前,两组患者的MAP、 HR、 PETCO2和PAW水平比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。肠镜进入肛门时,研究组的MAP、 HR水平低于对照组(P <0.05)。麻醉后,研究组的PETCO2和PAW水平低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对行无痛肠镜肠息肉切除的患者实施布托啡诺联合丙泊酚麻醉,麻醉期间患者的生命体征较为平稳,镇痛效果良好,值得临床应用。
【Abstract】 Objective To compare the anesthetic effects of butorphanol or fentanyl combined with propofol in painless colonoscopic polypectomy. Methods 122 cases of patients with painless colonoscopic polypectomy in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2018 were selected and divided into two groups according to the anesthetic methods, with 61 cases in each group. The control group was given fentanyl combined with propofol for anesthesia, while the study group was given butorphanol combined with propofol for anesthesia. The related indicators during anesthesia and the related vital signs before and after anesthesia of the two groups were compared. Results The anesthetic recovery time and pain time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, and the drug dosage was less than that of the control group(P <0.05). Before anesthesia, no statistical difference was found in the MAP, HR, PETCO2 and PAW levels between the two groups(P >0.05). When colonoscopy entered anus, the MAP and HR levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P <0.05). After anesthesia, the PETCO2 and PAW levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Butorphanol combined with propofol in painless colonoscopic polypectomy has stable vital signs during anesthesia and good analgesic effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
