HHcy血症与常见慢性疾病发病的相关性分析
Analysis of correlation between HHcy and common chronic diseases
【摘要】 目的分析高同型半胱氨酸(HHcy)血症与常见慢性疾病发病率之间的关系。方法选取2014年2月至2019年2月经延安大学附属医院诊断的7623名HHcy血症人群为实验组。选取同期的7975名同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)正常人群为对照组,分析两组人群常见慢性疾病的发病情况。结果实验组冠心病(CHD)、脑卒中、急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)、糖尿病(DM)、肾脏疾病(KD)的发病率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(11.58%vs 0.64%,1.92%vs 0.15%,3.02%vs 0.36%,0.21%vs 0.07%,0.14%vs 0.02%,均P<0.05)。二元logistic回归分析结果显示:HHcy是冠心病和脑卒中的独立危险因素(OR=1.239,1.085,95%CI=1.039~1.440,0.821~1.348,P=0.027,0.037)。结论 HHcy是冠心病和脑卒中发病的独立危险因素。
【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the relationship between high homocysteine(HHcy) and incidence of common chronic diseases.Methods 7623 patients with HHcy diagnosed in the affiliated hospital of Yan′an University from February 2014 to February 2019 were included as the experimental group.The 7,975 normal homocysteine(Hcy) subjects in the same period were included as the control group,and the incidence of common chronic diseases in the two groups were analyzed.Results The incidence of coronary heart disease(CHD),stroke,Acute coronary syndrome(ACS),diabetes mellitus(DM) and kidney disease(KD) in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(11.58% vs 0.64%,1.92% vs 0.15%,3.02% vs 0.36%,0.21%vs0.07%,0.14%vs0.02%,all P<0.05).Results of binary logistic regression analysis showed that HHcy was an independent risk factor for CHD and stroke(OR=1.239,1.085,95%CI=1.039~1.440,0.821~1.348,P=0.027,0.037).Conclusion HHcy is an independent risk factor for CHD and stroke.
