【摘要】 目的通过监测数据了解近3年榆林市三甲医院院内感染率,描述院内感染患者的感染特征,为榆林地区制定医院感染预防与控制措施提供决策依据。方法对2014年1月至2016年12月榆林市3所三甲医院住院患者全院综合性监测数据进行统计分析。结果 2014-2016年,年度医院感染发病率(例次发病率)依次为0. 93%(1. 00%)、0. 94%(1. 02%)、0. 75%(0. 85%);各科室中医院感染率最高的为神外ICU室(6. 79%～24. 07%)和中心ICU室(5. 49%～17. 55%);医院感染者中男性所占比例较高,40岁以上各年龄段分布比较高,40岁以下年龄段中29天～1岁之间的分布较高;医院感染部位占比居首位的为下呼吸道,占比在50%左右,其次为上呼吸道、泌尿道、呼吸机相关等。结论榆林市三甲医院近几年医院感染发病率有逐年下降的趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Through monitoring data to understand the in-hospital infection rate of third-grade class-A hospital in Yulin City in the past 3 years,describe the infection characteristics of nosocomial infection patients,and provide decision-making basis for the development of hospital infection prevention and control measures in Yulin area. Methods The comprehensive monitoring data of inpatients in three third-grade class-A hospital in Yulin City from 2014-01 to 2016-12 were statistically analyzed. Results From 2014 to 2016,the annual incidence of hospital infections( case incidence rate) was 0. 93%( 1. 00%),0. 94%( 1. 02%),and 0. 75%( 0. 85%). The highest infection rate in the hospitals of each department was the extra-injury ICU room( 6. 79% to 24. 07%) and the central ICU room( 5. 49% to 17. 55%). The proportion of males in hospital-infected patients is relatively high. The distribution of all ages above 40 years old is relatively high. The distribution among the ages below 40 years old is higher between 29 days and 1 year old. The number of hospital infections is the highest. The respiratory tract accounts for about 50%,followed by the upper respiratory tract,the urinary tract,and the ventilator. Conclusion The incidence of nosocomial infection in the third-grade class-A hospital of Yulin City has been decreasing year by year.更多还原
