【Abstract】 In recent years,frequent food safety incidents have had a bad impact on the masses,food safety has become one of the hidden dangers affecting social harmony and stability,and has become a real problem to be solved urgently by government departments.The application of big data provides new ideas and new tools for food safety risk management,especially the application of big data can reduce the food safety risk coefficient from all angles and in all aspects,thus protecting the rights and interests of citizens and social harmony and stability.However,at present,the application of big data in food safety risk management is still insufficient and cannot give full play to the value of big data.Therefore,improving the effective application of big data in food safety risk management is conducive to ensuring food safety,reducing the occurrence rate of food safety risks,and making people eat healthily and at ease.更多还原
