【摘要】 目的探讨注射用环磷腺苷葡胺联合雷米普利对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年5月至2018年9月于胶州市人民医院就诊的79例CHF患者,采用随机数表法分为对照组(39例)和观察组(40例)。对照组患者在常规治疗基础上接受雷米普利治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上静脉滴注注射用环磷腺苷葡胺。比较两组治疗前后左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、心输血量(CO)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、简明健康状况调查量表(SF-36)评分、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者LVEF、CO高于对照组,LVEDD小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者SF-36评分均较治疗前提高,观察组患者SF-36评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组和对照组不良反应发生率分别为为7.50%(3/40)、15.38%(6/39),两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论环磷腺苷葡胺联合雷米普利可有效提高CHF患者心功能,改善患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate combined with ramipril on cardiac function and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of 79 patients with CHF who were admitted to Jiaozhou People’s Hospital from May 2016 to September 2018 were randomly divided into control group(39 cases) and observation group(40 cases). The patients in control group were treated with ramipril on the basis of conventional treatment. The patients in observation group were intravenously infused with meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate for injection on the basis of control group. Left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD), cardiac output(CO), left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), the MOS 36-item short form health survey(SF-36) score, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After the treatment, the LVEF and CO in observation group were higher than those incontrol group, the LVEDD was lower than control group. and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). After the treatment, the SF-36 score of observation group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group and control group were 7.50%(3/40) and 15.38%(6/39), respectively. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate combined with ramipril could effectively improve the heart function and improve the quality of life of patients with CHF.更多还原
