【摘要】 [目的]观察中药配方颗粒敷脐干预对艾滋病腹泻的效果。[方法]将2016年4月—2018年4月在我院感染科和皮肤性病科住院诊治的160例艾滋病腹泻病人随机分为对照组和观察组各80例,对照组对艾滋病腹泻病人采用常规西医治疗及基础护理,观察组对艾滋病腹泻病人实施中药配方颗粒敷脐疗法及基础护理、中药配方颗粒敷脐护理。比较两组病人腹泻症状积分、止泄时间、治疗效果、腹泻复发率。[结果]治疗第3天、1周末、2周末、1个月末、2个月末,观察组腹泻症状积分低于同期对照组,观察组平均止泻时间短于对照组,治疗1周末、2周末,观察组总有效率高于同期对照组,治疗1个月末、第2个月末,观察组腹泻复发率低于对照组(均P<0.05)。[结论]对艾滋病腹泻病人实施中药配方颗粒敷脐疗法及基础护理、中药配方颗粒敷脐护理,可有效缓解艾滋病病人腹泻症状,缩短腹泻治疗起效时间,提高腹泻总体治疗效果,获得腹泻治疗远期疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of umbilical cord application with traditional Chinese herbal formula granule on acquired immune deficiency syndrom(AIDS) diarrhea.Methods:160 cases AIDS diarrhea patients who were diagnosed and treated in infection department and dermatology and venereology department from April 2016 to April 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,80 cases in each group.The AIDS diarrhea patients in control group were treated with routine western medicine and basic nursing,while the observation group were treated with umbilical cord application with traditional Chinese herbal formula granule combined with basic nursing and nursing for umbilical cord application with traditional Chinese herbal formula granule.The scores of diarrhea symptoms, antidiarrheal time, therapeutic effect and recurrence rate of diarrhea were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of diarrhea symptoms in observation group was lower than control group,the average antidiarrheal time in observation group was shorter than control group at the third day,the end of first weekend,second weekend, one month and two months of treatment.The total effective rate in observation group was higher than control group at the end of first weekend,second weekend of treatment(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of umbilical cord application with traditional Chinese herbal formula granule combined with basic nursing and nursing for umbilical cord application with traditional Chinese herbal formula granule could effectively alleviate the symptoms of diarrhea,shorten the onset time of diarrhea treatment, improve the overall therapeutic effect of diarrhea, and obtain long-term curative effect of diarrhea treatment.更多还原
