【摘要】 利用西藏1999-2017年的时间序列数据,实证检验了产业结构变迁对环境污染的作用效果。实证结果显示,西藏第二产业占比对环境污染起到显著的正向作用,第三产业占比对环境污染的关系呈现出典型的倒"U"形曲线关系,符合环境库兹涅茨曲线假说。研究从调整经济结构、优化产业布局、完善财政金融支持和完善能源结构等视角提出了政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 An empirical test has been done on the effect of industrial structure change on environmental pollution in reference to the time series data of Tibet from 1999 to 2017. The results show that the proportion of the secondary industry in Tibet plays a significant positive role in environmental pollution, and the proportion of the tertiary industry and environmental pollution shows a typical inverted "U"-shaped curvilinear relationship, which conforms to the Environmental Kuznets Curve Hypothesis. Lastly, the article puts forward some policy suggestion from the perspective of adjusting economic structure, optimizing industrial layout, perfecting financial support and energy structure, and so on.更多还原
