【摘要】 目的探讨促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRHa)联合结合型雌激素(CEE)、醋酸甲羟孕酮(MPA)用于子宫内膜异位症术后巩固治疗的效果及安全性。方法选取本院120例子宫内膜异位症行腹腔镜术后患者进行研究,按照随机数字表法分为2组。对照组60例采用单纯皮下注射曲普瑞林,观察组60例在对照组基础上联合GnRHa和MPA治疗。比较2组患者治疗效果。结果 2组患者临床疗效、复发率及术后妊娠率比较均无显著差异(P> 0. 05);治疗后,对照组患者雌二醇(E2)水平显著低于观察组(P <0. 05),但2组卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)水平比较无显著差异(P> 0. 05);治疗前后2组患者血清CA125比较均无显著差异(P> 0. 05);观察组围绝经期相关症状发生率显著低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论GnRHa联合CEE、MPA对子宫内膜异位症术后巩固治疗效果理想,安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist( GnRHa),conjugated estrogen( CEE) and medroxyprogesterone acetate( MPA) on postoperative consolidated treatment for endometriosis. Methods A total of 120 patients with endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery were enrolled in our hospital. According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups. The control group( n = 60) was given subcutaneous injection of triptorelin alone and the observation group( n = 60) was additionally conducted CEE and MPA for treatment. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results There were no significant differences in clinical efficacy,recurrence rate and postoperative pregnancy rate between the two groups( P > 0. 05). After treatment,the estradiol( E2) level of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group( P < 0. 05),but no significant differences in the levels of follicule-stimulating hormone( FSH) and luteinizing hormone( LH) between the two groups were observed( P > 0. 05). There was no significant difference in serum CA125 between the two groups before and after treatment( P > 0. 05). The incidence of peri-menopausal related symptoms in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion GnRHa combined with CEE,MPA for endometriosis has an ideal efficacy and it is safer for patients.更多还原
