【摘要】 目的观察亮菌口服溶液对淋巴瘤化疗后不良反应的作用。方法将34例非霍奇金侵袭性淋巴瘤(NHL)患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组(n=17)采用CHOP方案并口服美诺维亮菌口服溶液,对照组(n=17)采用CHOP方案化疗,观察2组化疗后的不良反应。结果观察组骨髓抑制程度显著低于对照组,谷丙转氨酶高于对照组(P <0. 05),恶心、呕吐的发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05),其他不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论亮菌口服溶液可以减轻淋巴瘤化疗的不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Armillarisin Oral Solution on the adverse reactions of lymphoma after chemotherapy. Methods Thirty-four patients with non-Hodgkin’s invasive lymphoma( NHL) were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group( n = 17) were treated with Armillarisin Oral Solution and CHOP chemotherapy while the control group( n = 17) was treated with CHOP for chemotherapy. The adverse reactions after chemotherapy in both groups were observed. Results The degree of myelosuppression in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the level of alanine transaminase was higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). The incidence of nausea and vomiting was lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05),but there was no difference in the incidence of other adverse reactions( P > 0. 05).Conclusion Armillarisin Oral Solution could reduce the adverse reactions of lymphoma chemotherapy.更多还原
