中国智能渔业发展现状与技术需求探析
On the status and technical demands of intelligent fisheries development in China
【摘要】 智能渔业是渔业信息化发展过程中的较高级阶段,其发展有利于推动渔业供给侧结构性改革,加速渔业产业转型升级。探讨了智能渔业的定义及其特点,并从信息感知与获取、数据处理与分析和科学决策3个方面对智能捕捞业、智能水产养殖业、智能水产品加工与流通业等不同领域开展的智能化生产管理发展现状、实践案例进行了分析,最后,对渔业不同行业领域的智能化建设技术需求进行了探讨梳理,具体包括:构建军民融合的智能捕捞产业技术体系,构建质量效益的智能水产养殖产业技术体系,构建安全可控的智能水产品加工产业技术体系,以期为中国智能渔业发展提供参考。
【Abstract】 Intelligent fishery is a relatively high-level stage in the development of fishery informationization. Its development level is conducive to promoting structural reform of the fishery supply side and accelerating the transformation and upgrading of the fishery industry. The definition and characteristics of intelligent fishery were discussed, and status and typical cases of intelligent fishing industry, intelligent aquaculture industry, intelligent aquatic product processing and circulation industry were analyzed from three aspects: information perception and acquisition, data processing and analysis, scientific decision-making. Finally, the technical demands of intelligent construction in different industries of fishery were sorted out to provide reference for the development of intelligent fishery in China, including building a smart fishing industry technology system integrating military and civilian construction, building a quality and efficiency intelligent aquaculture industrial technology system, and building a safety intelligent aquatic product processing industry technology system.
