【Abstract】 The American Geriatrics Society(AGS) Beers criteria for potentially inappropriate medication(PIM) use in older adults is an explicit list of PIM that are typically best avoided by older adults. For the 2019 update, an interdisciplinary expert panel reviewed the evidence published since the last update( 2015) to determine if new criteria should be added or if existing criteria should be removed or undergo changes to their recommendation, rationale, level of evidence, or strength of recommendation. Each of the five types of criteria in the 2015 update was retained in this 2019 update. But updated for specific contents: such as increasing or modifying the standard of antithrombotic drugs, a more detailed interpretation of the criteria for the evaluation of many drugs. And in some previous standards, drugs were excluded from the standard because they were no longer used or used less in the United States, or because they did not have age-risk characteristics.更多还原
