【摘要】 目的分析循环肿瘤细胞(CTCs)检测在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)诊疗中的应用价值。方法采集2017年1-7月诊治的NSCLC患者临床资料,分析CTCs与患者临床特征及化疗疗效的关系。结果不同年龄、性别、病理学类型及TNM分期患者CTCs阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。化疗有效(完全缓解、部分缓解、疾病稳定)患者CTCs阳性率低于化疗后疾病进展患者(P<0.05)。结论 CTCs检测可用于评价NSCLC患者化疗疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the application value of circulating tumor cells(CTCs)in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Clinic data of patients with NSCLC,treated from Jan.to July 2017,were collected,and the relationship between CTCs and clinic character and treatment effects were analyzed.Results There were no statistic differences of the positive rate of CTCs between patients with different sex,age,pathological type and clinical stage(P>0.05).The positive rate of CTCs in patients with complete response,partial response or stable disease after chemotherapy was lower than patients with progression disease of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion CTCs detection could be used to evaluate the therapeutic effects in patients with NSCLC.更多还原
